 As the pastor or servant-leader of this community of faith, let me welcome you to Lakeside Presbyterian Church in the Name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Our beautiful church is located on the corner of Eucalyptus & 19th Avenue in San Francisco. If you are local, you’ve probably driven by us a thousand times or if you live outside the San Francisco area, you may have never seen us before. Either way, I encourage you at this time to explore our website and become familiar with us and our mission. I pray here you will discover the presence of God through this extension of the Body of Christ.
Although, there is no Biblical reference to Christ’s awareness of the Internet, He did share in the hope and vision of the Church to explore the Good News with others in new and mysterious ways. I can’t help but to think that in God’s omnipotence, He envisioned a time when men and women of faith would build up the Body of Christ through this new and expanding avenue of faith.
As you explore all the variety of ministries outlined on our website for Lakeside Presbyterian Church of San Francisco, I pray you may in some small way be encouraged to explore in your journey with Christ.
Finally, it is my prayer that this website provides much more than a static display of information. I hope it will become a resource for the transformation of individual lives. With that in mind, I encourage you to respond to articles and dialogue you discover here, in hopes that our discussions will give you glory to God and provide you spiritual food for your journeys with Christ. Your sincere feedback is also encouraged so that we may constantly improve our website and provide the best spiritual nourishment to you all.
