Wedding Fees and Forms

Refundable deposit required to reserve the church for your ceremony. 

Includes 3 hour use of our facility on your wedding day, 1 hour rehearsal prior to your wedding day and the services of our wedding coordinator.

If you wish to have lighted candles for your ceremony, you must purchase candelabra candles from us. You may supply your own Unity candle of you wish. Candle holders are provided by Lakeside.

Includes 5 hour use of our Social Hall and kitchen, tables and chairs.

Includes wedding ceremony, rehearsal and 3 hours of pre-marital counseling.

Fee for Lakeside’s Director of Music to play for your ceremony.

An overtime charge will be deducted from your security deposit if your event exceeds the 3hr. ceremony or 5hr ceremony with reception timeframe at the rate of $75 per half hour.
