Sanctuary

Natural sunlight filtered by our colorful stained glass windows on either side of the aisle, serve to enhance our already well-lit Sanctuary. The Sanctuary, including the balcony, seats approximately 400 guests. The center aisle is 75ft. long with 18 pews on each side of the aisle and an additional 4 pews in the balcony. Two pairs of candelabras are included with the use of the facility. You may choose between wrought iron or brass. Candles for the candelabras are provided for a fee.

Chapel

For a small, more intimate ceremony, you may want to consider our Chapel which seats 80 people. The center aisle is 30 ft long with 8 pews on either side of the aisle.

Fireside Room

Our Fireside Room offers a private location adjacent to a spacious, recently remodeled restroom for the Bride and her bridesmaids to gather before the ceremony. Use of this room is included in both the Sanctuary and Chapel rental packages.

Social Hall

The Lakeside Social Hall is a convenient place to celebrate your wedding reception. It will accommodate a buffet-style reception or a sit-down dinner for approximately 180 guests or a stand-up reception for 300. Rental of this space includes round and rectangular tables and padded chairs. Adjacent to the Social Hall is a large kitchen for the use of your caterer as a staging area and to warm food. We appreciate your efforts to adhere to our recycling policies which can be provided by your coordinator. We are unable to provide tablecloths, table settings, serving equipment or kitchenware. Lakeside has a no-alcohol policy.

Elevator/Handicap Access

The church building is wheelchair accessible via ramps at the front entrance of the church. One wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the top floor and two are located downstairs in the church Social Hall. There is also an interior elevator.

Parking/Public Transportation

There is usually ample street parking around the church. You may also use the small church parking lot located off 20^th Ave. Lakeside is located on the #28 bus line, across the street from the Muni M car stop and#17 bus line and a block from the Muni K car stop.
